Working with Volleyball England the Foundation is supporting the development of a cohort of young volunteers that will support the development and delivery of events. This funding will support those from difficult financial backgrounds to take part.
This project is being developed to ensure we continue to develop young people to be able to support and run events. As a sport we need a continuous stream of event volunteers to support the delivery and development of Volleyball. Being part of this programme will support young people to grow in confidence, build their self esteem, work as part of a team, provide them with organisational skills that will be invaluable in later life whilst helping to develop the sport we are all passionate about.
